Pakistan faces a significant challenge in ensuring equitable access to quality education for all children, particularly those from underprivileged communities. The country has the world’s second-highest number of out-of-school children (OOSC), with a staggering 22.8 million children aged 5-16 missing out on their education (44% of the age group).
This translates to countless children in community-based schools who deserve a quality education that fosters not just reading, writing, and critical thinking skills, but also essential life skills. The UN’s Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) highlight the global need for more qualified teachers, estimating a requirement of 25.8 million additional primary school teachers by 2030.
The problem extends beyond just numbers – a significant portion of existing teachers worldwide lack proper training. This is where our innovative 3Es Discipleship: Empowering Early Educators program comes in.
Our program addresses the critical gap in Improving teaching quality in christian school in pakistan, specifically equipping underqualified and untrained teachers with the necessary skills to transform classrooms in underprivileged communities. We go beyond basic literacy and numeracy, focusing on fostering a love of learning and equipping educators to nurture crucial reading, writing, critical thinking, and life skills in their students.
By investing in our program, you’re not just supporting teachers – you’re investing in the future of Pakistan, one empowered child at a time.
