From July 23 to 25, we held a 3-day teachers’ training to prepare for the upcoming academic session starting in August, following the summer break.

A total of 25 teachers from 5 different community-based schools joined us, attending daily sessions from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. The training was interactive and engaging, filled with ice-breakers, group discussions, and learning through play-based activities—not just lectures, but real conversations around real challenges.
Key Topics Covered:
- Understanding Bloom’s Taxonomy
- A Child’s Worth: Teaching with Grace & Justice
- Common Issues in Early Childhood Education
- Orientation to ECCE in Pakistan
- Children’s Rights in Pakistan
- Smart Teaching Strategies for Young Learners
- Building Strong Pedagogical Relationships

We are praying for a dedicated training hall—a space where our teachers can continue to grow and serve with excellence. We envision it fully equipped with:
- Comfortable seating
- An interactive whiteboard
- A resource library
- Computers for lesson planning
- Heating and cooling systems
Please join us in prayer as we take steps toward this vision.
